BMW, Ford, Isuzu, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and VW are among the best automotive companies to work for in South Africa, having all been presented with Top Employer certifications for 2024.
To be considered for the prestigious award, the Top Employer Institute reviews specific domains within a company such as its people strategies, digitalisation initiatives, talent attraction and management, learning opportunities, employee wellbeing, diversity, and integrity.
Therefore, those who received the acknowledgment are considered employers who provide outstanding conditions for their workers.
