Last new Jaguar F-Pace launched in South Africa – Pricing

Jaguar has launched the F-Pace 90th Anniversary Edition in South Africa.

Along with the SVR 575 Edition introduced last year, the 90th Anniversary Edition marks the final model in the F-Pace lineage before the brand goes all-electric in 2025.

The SUV is one of the British marque’s most successful vehicles of all time, having sold over 328,000 examples around the globe since its inception in 2016.

Order books for the 90th Anniversary Edition are open from today, 16 May 2024, with its starting price pegged at R1,476,900.

The final F-Pace

The new 90th Anniversary Edition is based on the F-Pace D200 R-Dynamic SE boasting a selection of subtle cosmetic enhancements and expanded standard equipment.

Outside, the SUV features exclusive “90 Anniversary” badging, gloss black roof rails, 20-inch gloss black alloy wheels, and red brake callipers complementing the athletic R-Dynamic body styling.

Inside, it is delivered with leather Sports seats with contrasting needlework, aluminum trim finishes, and ebony headlining providing a luxurious atmosphere.

The final F-Pace additionally receives a variety of amenities that are classified as optional extras on its namesakes.

This includes a tyre-pressure monitoring system, a 3D surround camera, the Meridian surround sound system, the Extended Leather package, an electrically-adjustable steering column, and rear-seat remote release levers.

It also has Park Assist, which automatically detects available parking spaces and automatically parks the SUV for you at the push of a button while you sit back and keep an eye on the surroundings.

The 90th Anniversary Edition is only available with the D200 powertrain, consisting of a 2.0-litre, turbocharged diesel engine married to an eight-speed automatic gearbox channeling drive to all four wheels.

The setup generates 150kW and 430Nm which is enough to get the Jag’ up to 100km/h in 8.2 seconds on its way to topping out at 210km/h. Average fuel consumption is listed at 5.9l/100km.

As with the rest of the range, the F-Pace 90th Anniversary Edition is supported by a 5-year/100,000km warranty and maintenance plan.
