Chery Brand User Summit 2025 Highlights Innovative and Sustainable Mobility
The 2025 Chery Brand User Summit, held in Wuhu from 17 to 21 October, reaffirmed Chery’s commitment to user co-creation and its vision for the future automotive ecosystem.
The event introduced a range of groundbreaking developments, including the debut of the AiMOGA robot, which showcases Chery’s advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous navigation, and service robotics.
Chery also presented its latest powertrain technologies and sustainability initiatives, while reinforcing its partnership with UNICEF to promote environmentally responsible mobility.
Evolving from the theme “With Chery With Love” to “With Creating With Love,” this year’s summit continued to celebrate Chery’s culture of co-creation.
Over five days, the Chery Group shared its forward-looking vision for a connected automotive ecosystem built on human–machine collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.
One of the main highlights was the AiMOGA robot, which integrates multimodal environmental sensing, autonomous navigation, precise manipulation, and intelligent Q&A capabilities, all powered by Chery’s proprietary AI model.
More than a technological milestone, AiMOGA reflects how Chery’s automotive expertise is now driving transformation within the robotics industry.
By introducing automotive-grade standards to service robotics, Chery is accelerating the transition from laboratory research to commercial application.
Robots will also serve as intelligent guides during the summit, engaging naturally with participants.
Adding to the excitement, the Robot Dog Challenge provided a preview of a future where intelligent robotic companions become part of everyday life.
At the heart of the summit was the concept of user sovereignty.
With 17.72 million global users, Chery Group views its customers as its most valuable asset, the “invisible product managers” shaping its evolution.
During the Dream Drive, Created for You (KOC Forum), users contributed valuable insights on brand development, products, and ownership experiences, helping define Chery’s future direction.
Participants in the CSH (Chery Super Hybrid) test and drive challenge experienced the flagship models of the Tiggo and Himla series across demanding driving conditions.
These experiences generated authentic user data to support ongoing product refinement.
Through the Chery Brand Factory Visits, attendees saw first-hand how intelligent manufacturing translates user co-creation into industrial reality.
The Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) again demonstrated its strengths in low fuel consumption, strong performance, and quiet operation, offering an efficient and environmentally conscious powertrain option.
This innovation forms part of Chery’s broader approach to intelligent energy.
Initiatives such as Ride Green Life illustrated how technology and nature can coexist harmoniously.
Chery Group also reaffirmed its collaboration with global partners, including UNICEF, to advance sustainability as a shared international responsibility.
“Seeing how innovation and collaboration are driving mobility forward internationally gives us a fresh perspective on what’s possible locally,” said Verene Petersen, National Brand and Marketing Manager at Chery South Africa.
“It’s exciting to consider how these ideas could influence South Africa’s own automotive and technology landscape.”
