In addition, it scores a 4-star Australasian NCAP safety rating and carries a maximum of 350 litres of cargo in the boot – which gives it daily driving potential.

This Audi RS3 comes equipped with a 2.5-litre, in-line five-cylinder, turbo-petrol motor that will give hot hatches of today a run for their money.

The motor pairs with a seven-speed S Tronic automatic transmission, allowing the hatchback to sprint to 100km/h in 4.6 seconds.

It puts power down to the ground through all four wheels via the Audi Quattro system and runs to an electronically-limited top speed of 250km/h.
