November saw several high-profile vehicle launches, updates, and unveilings across various body styles and segments.
Most notably, the month brought the unveiling of the next-gen Ford Ranger, the re-introduction of the Chery brand to South Africa, the launch of the first Peugeot bakkie in over 20 years, the first Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS going on sale, and the commencement of local pre-orders for Audi’s first all-electric vehicle range.
A host of premium cars also made their way onto the local market, including the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe, Land Rover Defender V8, Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition, Porsche Taycan GTS, and Audi Q5 Sportback.
VW finally revealed the market-specific specifications for the facelifted Polo that is launching in South Africa early next year, while Suzuki also confirmed that the next-generation Celerio will debut locally in 2022.
Popular vehicles like the Renault Duster, Lexus ES, and Toyota Hilux were updated, too.
These vehicles, and many more, are shown off below.
